We accept returns on most physical products within **30 days of the delivery date**, provided the item is:

- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that are damaged, used, washed, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a return.

- Perishable goods

## Return Shipping

**Defective, damaged, or incorrect items:** If you received an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

**Change of mind / other returns:** If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., ordered the wrong size, changed your mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

## Refunds
